A tantric relationship between a man and a woman is a relationship that is full of profound emotional and erotic intimacy, and it is based on honest and open communication between the two lovers.
If we want our couple relationship to blossom, we have to cultivate mutual trust and respect, soul openness and a very profound and delicious state of intimacy.
The central idea of tantric wisdom is to gain a state of harmony and unity by re-establishing balance between the polar masculine and feminine forces. These forces govern the entirety of Existence. According to tantra, perfect communion between the two complementary forces, when they are in harmony with each other, will bring Infinite Beatitude.
We all have our own strengths and weaknesses, but respect for the other one’s qualities brings balance in the couple relationship. Therefore, the possible conflicts, games of power and manipulation will no longer take place. Amorous passion, even if it has enough vitality and energy, is transitory. Holistic, soul-level love, however, is much stronger and long-lasting, as it is based on discovering, both within our inner universe and in the universe of the beloved being, the essential divine nature.
For deepening the state of soul intimacy, share your thoughts and feelings with the being you love
The state of delicious intimacy within the couple deepens when the lovers share their thoughts, experiences and the state of their soul. Our beings have to come close to each other in an intimate and profound way, opening up physically, affectively, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Sometimes, this process can be difficult for us, because we have to give up our protection shield which we have used for covering the wounds of our souls, caused by experiences from our previous couple relationships.
In order that we avoid projecting on to the other our problems and needs, it is necessary to look within our soul with honesty to find the causes of the pain inside. At the same, we must manifest a state of tolerance and much flexibility, in order to understand that the other’s needs and way of thinking can be different to our own. For this, we need a lot of courage to be able to speak honestly and clearly about our feelings, desires and aspirations regarding the couple relationship. In order that the love between us stays alive, and for its intensity and depth to increase, we must always evoke the sublime moment of the beginning and to nourish our souls with magic moments, full of romanticism.
Solving immediately possible conflicts which, in time, could trigger states of anger, resentment or tension between ourselves and the being we love will help us a great deal in our couple relationship. It will make our erotic life abundant in spontaneity, exuberance and delight. Tantric love is a transforming experience. We cannot give ourselves full heartedly to a being if we maintain within ourselves certain emotional inhibitions or frustrations. We need to give up prejudices in order to be able to feel empathically and to respond to the feelings of the being we love.
In order to maintain freshness and harmony in the couple relationship, it is necessary to spend time talking about the delicate problems whilst aiming to understand the point of view of the other. The communication between us is thus very efficient and has a positive impact. When we decide to have such a discussion, we will consider the following aspects: each one will aim to say what burdens our soul, sincerely, in a coherent way, with a balanced and calm voice, while the other one aims to listen very attentively and receptively, without getting defensive. Another very important aspect is that neither one of us interrupts the other and that, when we do speak, we do not try to dominate the conversation by raising our voice. It is also important that we are not afraid to show our vulnerability to the other. In this way we prove that, by opening our souls, our relationship has much to gain.
The joy of erotic sharing
Sexuality is an intrinsic and valuable part of our human nature, and it is worthwhile to treat it with great responsibility. In a tantric, intimate relationship, we must have faith in each other and respect our states, feelings, beliefs, ideals. We will consider the possibilities at the erotic and soul-level of the person we love and we will never force them to make love if they do not wish to. When there is mutual adoration and transfiguration, sexual limitations and prejudices disappear. Amorous intimacy develops as we open towards each other, sharing our thoughts, feelings, fears, doubts, desires or erotic fantasies.
When we talk to each other about the problems in the couple relationship, we must make sure never to criticise the other from the sexual point of view and never to use the secrets we share against each other. Full of playfulness and spontaneity, we aim to show the being we love what we like and what we most want to experience erotically, using the most creative and original methods. For this, we will choose a relaxing moment, when we are rested and full of energy, without being pressed by time or disturbed by something from outside.
We will go to the bedroom with the being we love and start caressing each other, touching in different ways, such as with the lips, tongue, fingers and body parts, as we become more and more familiar with the other’s intimate parts. Afterwards, we will tenderly confess to one another how and where we like to be touched and kissed, especially in the most intimate areas. We will thus experience erotic pleasure in a most complete and transfiguring manner, enjoying all aspects of sexuality. In this way, we value each discovery we make about the being we love, at the same time as being aware of our own erotic uniqueness.

The master disciple relationship is very well represented in Bhagavad Gita, in chapter 10, where Lord Krishna reveals the infinite manifestations of his unmanifest spirit to his disciple Arjuna, and in chapter 11, where He reveals His Cosmic form, in response to Arjuna’s prayer to see what are the many aspects and forms of the Lord Himself.

In this narrow bottle neck of cultural narratives currently running our "civilized" world, the digitalized and institutionalized systems of information and communication have become a spiders web of mind intoxicating thought patterns, which we can either travel on with excessive speed, or get caught into, as the flies are prey to the predators teeth of total consumption, in other words a total annihilation of our individual freedom and power to act independently.Read more...

Who`s holding the remote control of your mind?
The "mind manipulation laws" seem to take reduced ability of self-determination as a reason to restrict the right of self-determination. It is clear that criminalization in the area of thought and belief threatens the open society. Democracy is founded on the axiom of self-determination. S...

Yoga is an extremely complex spiritual tradition, having a history older than five thousand years.
It possesses a very rich and extensive literature.
by Gregorian Bivolaru
The genuine yoga tradition unveils a completely different approach in love and sexuality, highly more positive and plenary, unlike the confused and grotesque vision proper to most of the western people, either intoxicated or improperly educated.
The Tantric system is one of the best systems for the modern times, in which spiritual values are forcefully being replaced by materialism and ignorance is happening almost everywhere. Tantra is the spiritual system which, having a scientific side, manages to integrate perfection and the absolute in a practical and tangible way, staying always at the level of immediate reality, instead of sterile philosophical dissertations.
